@avclub-b20754d0f1e8ae843e00a8b39a667112:disqus I'm not dissing either show, although I think both are overrated. They're okay, but not great IMO. Also, I'm sure I'm not the first to tell you this, but you're missing out by not watching Parks and Rec. Just sayin'.

They weren't buying a car, but there was that Friends episode where
Phoebe helps Chandler buy Monica's engagement ring (it was
called "The One With The Ring") because she was good at haggling from
her time on the streets as a kid. Probably my favourite episode of Friends too ("Oh my God, that's it, that's the ring.

I've been saying the same thing too. I think the last show I fell in love with so quickly was Better Off Ted, but even that took about 4 episodes ("Racial Sensitivity" slayed me). I was hooked on Ben and Kate since episode 2 or 3. Unfortunately, Better Off Ted was another low rated comedy and was canceled after 26

I liked all of Ben's reactions to Kate's attempts to scare him.

I will never understand these people who don't think this show is hilarious. They're probably the same people who watch Modern Family and The Big Bang Theory, but not Parks and Rec or Community. Their loss. But also kinda ours too because low ratings are driving great comedies off the air. :(

Any show that can have a touching conversation about sandwiches is an A+ in my books.

Did anyone else get the feeling that the CCH Pounder comment was a reference to Warehouse 13 where she plays Mrs Frederic who does that popping up out of no where thing (that Jane was doing) all the time? Just me? Okay.

I was thinking the same thing. It seems like they are moving things along faster than last season, which was the big problem IMO.

It's possible that it was used in the events that we didn't see, but they never found out that DRJ was behind it. It's also possible that he used it in some events that we didn't see in season 4. There are lots of different ways to explain it. Just go with it.
