The better Ren-going-crazy scene is from "Stimpy's Fan Club" where he recoils at the thought of being nice. He goes on some insane morbid monologue set to creepy music and it ends with him screaming "MY BRAIN! MY HOT STEAMING BRAIN!"

My one caveat on this episode: I hope the show isn't going to keep rehashing the Reg Mackworthy scenario by subbing in new assholes to humiliate Kenny and give him ammo to come back and annihilate them.
