Yep JLA was quite good, it was nice to see him paired with a good artist as well that understood how to frame his story.

I used to pull Nowhere Men, but the ridiculous delay between the last few issues has caused me to jump off, also while I really enjoyed the Scientists side of the story, I was less enamored with the Fantastic Four-esque plot. The "Science is the new Rock N' Roll" concept is clever, but it's not quite enough to hang a…
No, The Dark Knight doesn't have the clusterfuck third act that Batman Begins has.
I dunno, this particular episode had the feel of a boring Fringe, or even in some places Davies Doctor Who, but without the compelling characters of the former or the charm of the latter.
As would I, I think it's much more consistent than Begins.
But if the train got to the mains, the whole thing was GONNA BLOW!!
I agree with this for the most part…but I really do (and always have) had problems with Batman Begins' third act. Gordon in the batmobile, the total chaos in the Narrows, the "nice ride" guy (what is it with AWFUL extras in superhero movies anyway?)…up until Bruce's birthday party, that movie is just about as perfect…
Infinity #4 - Which was fun, but I found myself getting pretty annoyed with the build-up to ANOTHER event being built into this one.
I was really hoping the trucker was the first ever live action version of "US 1". Anybody remember that?
There is at least a note there, Ward is awful.
Just because you dismiss it, that does not invalidate his/her point…I actually agree that Bones, a show I don't enjoy, looks a hell of a lot better at a technical level than Agents of SHIELD.
Well, Endless Wartime is about par for the course then, as the Season One line was so bad it made DC's Earth One series of books look like Maus by comparison.
1. 56 Up

10. Probably Frances Ha, though I'm not going to lie…I really liked Man of Steel. The Spectacular Now also has really dug its claws into me.
So glad to see somebody else is a big Up series fan.
Let's see…
@avclub-da518aecddbf5c94588f53562012c452:disqus I think cause he got shoehorned with continuity from Brightest Day, which also explains why Peter Milligan still had Deadman and Dove shacking up. The New 52, rebooting everything unless Geoff Johns came up with it.
Studio 60 was a damn fine show.
@avclub-e8e576d226e2da4b7a270eaa0c20448a:disqus He also just straight up murders guys left and right. It's almost comical.
I think it's like episode 8 or something of the new season.
It's funny, I'm one of the few people I know that really didn't enjoy Firefly. Honestly, I thought Buffy worked just fine in its first season, despite some shoddy attempts at valley-girl humor.
