Seth Rogen.  Even just his voice pisses me off.

then his former business partner and his wife (Kate Hudson) show up on the island

Jon Hamm play Don Draper’s self-seriousness

Yeah.  He forgot the film's title.

1993.  So 12 of you are idiots.

I know that isn't true, but I really hope that he didn't demand some ridiculous paycheck for Moonrise.  I can't find any information on it, but you'd think even Bruce Willis would want to be in on one of those movies (like Magnus Buchan in a fuckin' Max Fischer play), and just agree to maybe some Murray or Norton

You didn't mention some of her last, glorious work on Tim & Eric Awesome Show, Great Job.  She starred opposite a murderous/suicidal William Sanderson.  It's a commercial for H'amb, the ham that smells like lamb.  From Cinco.  Thanks, Cinco!

It's Never Again that really plagued those last years, and I'm an Eric Schaeffer fan.

That's fine with me.  Like many books I love, I hope and pray that Confederacy is never adapted.  And the actor considered for the role that I find most insulting is Will Ferrell.  Like him, love him, or loathe him, we can all admit that he could never play Ignatius J. Reilly.
And his acting chops aside, he's just

She didn't hold up that well after Timecop.

Like when McCain ditched Letterman to do Katie Couric.  Gold, Jerry.  Gold.  Who's the most entertaining person on late night TV again?

I wish I could "like" that more times, Knifey.

I've listened to all of it, even the hard to find mixes and all of their solo endeavor tracks, but personally I'd choose Homework and Human After All as their better work.  I also prefer dancy, housy, effects-driven electronica to the smooth sounds of funky disco.  Just me.  I did go through a Discovery phase in 2000

My problem with that is the logic.  The kids that watch MTV now probably only know Daft Punk from that one stupid song, where those mid-twenties to mid-thirties (Colbert's audience, many of us AV Club readers) have a much bigger appreciation for them, and are less likely to tune in to that awards show that stopped

Mitte especially.

I hope this curbs the possibility of Sudeikis being a leading man in comedies for the next ten years.  He just doesn't have a lot of range.

I've honestly enjoyed all but the Woo sequel.  I was 16 when the first came out, and he did that sweet jump to the train.  Then Phil Hoffman's sicko villain made the third one a good watch.  Everyone fellates Bird on this website, but he did a good job.  It's cool that Cruise wants each one to reflect each director's

But both movies he previously directed totally sucked.  First Cruise fires Joe Carnahan from MI:3 (though Abrams delivered) now he hires a guy who CAN write to instead direct.  I don't get it.

I didn't even finish that bullshit.

Written by David Mamet no less.  He also would have played The Cable Guy if Carrey didn't become interested.  Both would have been a real turning point for Farley, who all who knew him agreed was far more talented than he got the opportunity to be on camera.  The A.V. Club kind of ripped on "The Chris Farley Show",
