Syndicate, maybe?  Unreal Tournament?  I still play Red Alert 2, I don't want the graphics any better.  Love Total A!  I even spent a lot of time with Scorched Earth.  GoldenEye is still rad.  There's a mod you can get for HalfLife 2 so you can play it as Golden Eye.
