Lois Lane is absolutely one of my favorite characters in the history of comics. It's why I'm stoked to have this Lois. I wish she had her own solo-series, though. I'd read the hell out of that.

Yeah, Lucifer not being the first still bothers me.
Same here. I loved Carey's Lucifer, and I know for a fact that Tom Ellis could handle the meatiness of that character. But that's not what they're going for, and I'll just have to accept it. It's a lot of fun on its own, and I'm glad they're focusing more on the supernatural bits. Now if only they could loop Chloe…
Yeah, Candy was excellent. I groaned a bit when she first appeared but she won me over almost immediately. The reveal that she was in on it made a flashback episode to when Lucifer met her. I'm thinking, hmm, she was in with the mob somehow?
"Are you joyless, Phillip?"
He needs to make a conscious effort in Season Two to be an upbeat guy. He doesn't work as a dour, sensitive type. Archie would be more compelling as somebody that people would want to be around. "Last year was dark, guys. I'm trying to be better about it."
"We have a one red-headed football jock-only rule here, you know. It's in the student handbook, but nobody reads that, do they?"
"Get this, it's about these two siblings trapped in a room by their father, the disembodied voice T.E.D., while he recounts some bullshit story about a schlub getting with his ex. They must use their wits to escape before father gets to the end or 'series finale'."
I was so pissed that I saw that. Like, the episode still had five full minutes to go!
Nichole Bloom is really fucking funny. She's got great comedic timing, and I'm so glad that they've allowed her character to be more than just "pregnant teen."
I still have a hard time reconciling Jonah with Feldman's character in Mad Men.
It can't be him. His hands are huge.
I get what you mean by the others. But Namor's a huge dick, and sometimes downright evil. Didn't he straight-up drown a huge chunk of Wakanda?
Holy shit. That trailer did not go the way I thought it was going to go. Amazing.
But you sure were Young.
I dunno. I loved the weird lore behind Demon Days.
For want of a nail, yo.
Sledgehammer's behind this one? Well, since Advanced Warfare is the first (and so far last) COD game that I genuinely liked, I'm interested. I'll wait for the gameplay reveal, though.
He's a Latino (and human) Mr. Peanutbutter.
Nothing else mattered to me this episode once the Brogelio scene happened. I'd been waiting for the show to explore what losing Michael meant to Rogelio, since I know he considered him a best friend. I'm glad they finally broached that.
