It takes place after whenever 99 Luftballoons came out. I'm going to argue it takes place either in the late-90s or present day - just a present day that takes inspiration from whenever the X-men first appeared?

Ohh, that's a glorious paragraph.
And sending his child away out of some noble edict that's also a tiny bit selfish sounds exactly like something Charles would do.
I also liked that touch. It's just two people who just perfectly understand and care for the other in a way that doesn't particularly make sense to others who aren't and cannot be in their shoes.
Best work of Aubrey Plaza's career. And easily one of the greatest comic book shows of all time. I don't feel like I'm being that hyperbolic. Every episode has a moment that has me marveling at it's audacity and confidence and how perfect whatever that is works within the context of the story. Aubrey Plaza's dance…
Do all Papa John's toss a random, dry jalapeño into the pizza box, or is that regional? The one time I've ever eaten Papa John's - which is terrible as is - it had that jalapeño in there except crushed so the juices seeped into the crust and cardboard box.
I like their crazy bread. It's just garlic cheesy bread but Whacky! And cheap!
Eh, I kind of preferred the taste of the old Domino's. It knew what it was, and I appreciated its honesty. Now, has anyone had Pizza Patrón?
Oh, what, did that finally and actually come out?
Diamond Joe's a good dude.
I was just about to say. You can count his collaborations with Tim Sale as among his best. It's a shame it's been so long since they've worked together on a Marvel or DC property.
Red Hulk was salvaged, but, yeah, yikes, Ultimatum was dire. But we'll always have Spider-Man: Blue. What a lovely book.
I'd even take a psychic conversation, if they don't want to show their cards too early. Sir Patrick Stewart seems definitely game to appear in some capacity.
Marvel boss Jeph Loeb
I must have missed all of that. I could've sworn this was considered a "series" from the get-go.
"They should do like Agents of SHIELD, and have mini-arcs within the over-all season."
Second. Ever since S.H.I.E.L.D. settled on this format, it's been stellar.
Christ, I knew fucking immediately that the Speed Force was going to be exactly this. It was their chance to go weird and interesting and they didn't.
I love Gina Torres. She'd be my choice to play She-Hulk, though. She has the charisma, the ability to kick ass, and she could also absolutely pull off courtroom drama.
One of the most consistent fan-casts I've seen for Kate is Arden Cho, who's about the same age as Gina Rodriguez. It works. (And maybe then we could actually have a proper Hawkeye adaptation. Once the MCU jettisons Clint's useless family.)
Honestly? Denzel Washington as Blue Marvel. Think about it.
