I've been cheerleading for her to come back for a few seasons, she's the best of his exes by a million miles. But whenever I saw her on this, I just couldn't fathom what they'd turned the clever, funny, gave-as-good-as-she-got woman of season 1 for this slobby plot device.

I'm done if Robin and Ted get back together again. No other show has gone back to the same dry well as often as this one has, and it's getting beyond terdious.

Couldn’t agree more – the Victoria of season 1 and the Victoria of now are effectively completely different characters being played by the same person. It’s almost like the producers brought her back just to wind us up. They had some twitter poll a while back where Victoria beat Robin as the person most fans would

For those people who equate discussion of nepotism to sexism, as if we'd never make those comments about men, are hopelessly ill-informed. Just say "stop criticising Dunham about anything, please" and drop the pretence.

Absolute bollocks. Sorry, but to swing in on your white-knight stallion, to defend the poor woman who people were being mean about…hopefully she'll give you an interview now and some "Girls" merchandise to make you feel like you're special!

I really didn't like this film. Cusack didn't behave that much worse than anyone else; but for not being a lesbian, his punishment is a lifetime of the most unimaginable torment. The rest of the film is funny-ish ideas with absolutely nothing to tie them together.

I think that's the oddest thing about this video. It suddenly feels like it's 2008 again.

The question about two weeks a year, I couldn't tell if Meredith was joking or not. It's because they're going to film an entire season of TV in two weeks, surely? I mean, I'm stupid and I figured that out.

It was either ep. 4 or 5 of season 1, for Glover's appearance (I've just been rewatching them).

Fuck Charlton Heston. When you don't advocate for an organisation that's indirectly contributed to god knows how many deaths over the years (people without guns tend to shoot people less than people with them), then you get the respect you deserve. Moore should have been harsher to the rotten old prick.

It was Jesus Christ: Lust For Glory, I think. Minor, I know, but us Pythoners are a harsh bunch.

I'm not quite as negative as you, @Kumagoro:disqus , but I see your point. I mean, the reviewer's job is to notice the stuff that we've pointed out in comments, and if his opinion of a show is less because of those missed things, then I think he at least needs to start paying a bit more attention to the show.

Damn right - they really ought to go with Chase and Park, where there's way more chemistry than with Odette Yustman. Whose name I've just discovered I don't remember.

@avclub-a02b31e615fdb0ca3dbb5ca5408da418:disqus , can you seriously not see that there's a difference between just being critical of something you don't like, and behaving like Rabin's been doing? Do you really think all the hostility towards these reviews in recent months are just because we're upset at the man being

Also, this isn't the same Fauxlivia that was the baddie back in season 3. A small point, I know.
