Bush got elected in 2004, not re-elected. So there really was no excuse for the stupidity of the people who voted for him in 2004.

Some years back here in small-town, Heartland America, when the stories about bad Firestone tires were in the news, the local newspaper (the only local newspaper) didn't run any of the stories about the tires because the local Firestone dealer was one of their biggest advertisers.
"Free press," indeed.

I'm poor, I live in the country, and I'm not a liberal. I listen to public radio most of the day, and I give what I can during the pledge drives.

Speaking of Faith isn't called that, anymore. It has a new name, but it's still crap.
