Fred Melamed was absolutely hilarious in Lady Dynamite, and he had fantastic comedic chemistry with Maria Bamford. It was one of my favorite supporting parts this year.

It's nice to see Baby Herman getting work again.

I don't think there's any way this special would be so beloved with out it. The animation is dog shit and there's a LOT of filler in for a 22 minute short. But oh my god, that score. I watch the special and listen to the album every Christmas.
