Eh, that's a bit of revisionist history. A larger portion of Clinton backers said in polls they wouldn't vote for Obama than Bernie backers have said of Clinton (it's about 25% vs 20%).

Nope. Michigan went against the DNC and had their primary earlier than agreed, so the DNC had decided IN ADVANCE OF THE MICHIGAN PRIMARY to not count the delegates. And because of that, Obama wasn't even ON the ballot in Michigan.
