I honestly had difficulty with that clue and I am good at puzzles. Everyone has different triggers though.

I am really not sure if Jaclyn is a dumb as many people here claim she is. I don't think we have been shown enough unedited footage of her to obtain that judgement. Jon is not smart, but is somehow only the 5th or 6th dumbest person on this season (behind Drew, Alec, John Rocker, Wes and maybe Keith).

I just watched Australia, and that had people struggling with indigestion and diahrea also. There however, it was because the contestants were so malnourished that their bodies forgot how to process normal amounts of food. Here, Wes was just stupid.
