I never got the sense that Walt wanted to "stick it" to Hank. He seemed to really dislike the fact that he was this obstacle to always work around.

Makes total sense to me. In the last year, Walt never had a chance to even catch his breath. It was never about the triumph, it was about the struggle. Once the struggle is done, there's nothing left.

I really don't think he would try. There's nothing in this episode that indicates it and the dramatic irony that Walt is "out" and then Hank discovers him is too great.
