He had the bones for it. His height and that long, fine nose that he used to such great effect—to look down at other actors when playing a superior, selfl-righteous ass.

Yeah, and they got rid of the little red car. I didn't expect her to drive a Bondmobile, but that little red thing was an irritant.

RIP Det. Joss Carter, Person of Interest.

Wingtips. My father, who was also a litigator, wore them, too. Poignant, that shoe.

The ultimate in tragedy.

They did the viewers a service by doing it this way. Just as in real life, it is very shocking to see the dead body of a loved one, but the reality is brought home. Whereas, the family members who were not present will often take longer and have a much harder time accepting the death…

Yes, Eli is so rarely speechless. It was just eloquent. And then, the way he stood behind her, shielding her from public view while she took the call…

Plus, Jeff Perry has entirely succumbed to Shonda-speak. I can't stand to listen to him talk anymore.

Alicia has kind of been stuck in a no-growth hold between Peter and Will. She may break loose of Peter, but will she now be Will's grieving widow in perpetuity?

I'm trying to figure how else they could have done it and achieved finality, so that Josh would be free to pursue other projects, and Alicia would be truly free of Will and able to morph. I don't think there's a way to kill Will that would not have been equally or more shocking. I thought it was a pretty good

Sonia: "How did you go into it? What was your experience?" Well, I watched it midday on Monday with many distractions, and kept having to rewind and watch sections over again. I found the shooting quite surreal, despite all of the lead-up and our being made privvy to the client's increasing instability.

Olivier Martinez was a young heartthrob who would have made it bigger in international filmdom if he had been a better actor and had improved his English. "It was extraorDEEnary!" and if he had more than 2 facial expressions: Sexee (with squint), and Tres Sexeeeee (with squint and half-smile). A boxer, he was pretty

Of course she planned it—especially the gown, which was tres photo-worthy!

N&J, skanky PI's.

…and Jack still does not notice the switcheroo…

Favorite wardrobe moments:
—Charlotte's winking sweater
—Victoria trying to wiggle after Emily in that tight, black, sequined D&G number
—Emily running in the golden opera gown synched to tenor's climax! Very Cinderella. How did she do it in those heels? The gown and neck jewelry were fantastic!
—Margaux's enormous opera

Yeah, I don't think we can overestimate the significance of the white buffalo symbol. The little buffalo are there to bless and watch over William in his new home. Very sweet.

Mirror on the ceiling!

She was also great as the Duchess of Windsor in the miniseries, Any Human Heart. A small, but pivotal role.

Haven't seen that one. She was marvelous in House of Mirth, also very grim, ending in her character's suicide. I think she did that one while TXF was still running.
