If only…

Glad Gunnar stuck up for his song. Roommie should not have "borrowed"
it. And he shouldn't have intimated that Gunnar's chances of making it were less than his, the arrogant prick..

Juliette is so good when she's good and soooo bad when she's bad. Fun to watch all the time, even when she's bored.

Thanks for your reviews, Gwen. We'll look for your drop-ins.

Yes! She was incandescent in Room With a View! Loved her recently in Les Miserables. And what about her role in Fight Club. Could go on and on…

Lol.

Hahaha. We're talking speculative 'ships, whereas Shaw/Bear already have a thing, no? Don't be sad, Bear.

Gak.

Nobody looks like Liz. She was one of the great beauties of her day, and the camera loved her. What we think Elizabeth Taylor looked like is what she and her promoters wanted us to think she looked like. A myth, mostly.

I didn't see this before commenting below on the same thing. This was just so wrong!

…and Cary Grant and Katharine Hepburn and Audrey Hepburn, who played "upper crust" roles and witty roles. Cary Grant admitted to having developed this accent, which was not native.

No comparison.

"Bonham Carter hasn’t had much of an opportunity to wield her acting chops,…" I wholly disagree. HBC is magic in everything she touches, and the reviewer must have missed her youthful turns for Merchant Ivory films, which are classics.

The writers would not waste the appearance of a wolf on mere happenstance. The wolf is "somebody" to be named. At the very least, the wolf is an omen.

I enjoyed the diary overvoice. Reassuring somehow to hear Elijah speaking/writing from another time, when he was not catatonic. His voice is more sane and "human" than those of his savage, quarrelsome siblings. He is the rudder.I want him back soon.

Good point, Doc, but have you actually heard Shaw give Bear commands in Dutch? I recall her addressing him in English, up to now.

I say she buys one mag, periodical or paperback at a time WITH CASH, then recycles them as soon as she's done. Lighter than a reading device, and easy to unload, yes?

Thanks, Jan-Aria. Missed that one.

Not if she pays with cash, right?

I hear you both re Fusco. I really have no dog in this fight. Any 'ship with Shaw in it would be greatly entertaining.
