That's not true, I don't think.  I've read in several places online (SPOILERS) that there's a scene of The Rock grilling human body parts.  Which obviously is well after the murders that led to those body parts being things that needed to be disposed of.

But don't you figure you'd want to see the movie before assuming it does what you just said it does (or taking Rabin's word for it, which is just about what I'd expect from Nathan "Everything is Coated in Gay Panic" Rabin)?

Steven Soderbergh needs to un-retire and start a working relationship with The Rock.  Something along the lines of "Out of Sight" or "The Limey" with Johnson in a major role.  Make it so, universe.

Hated it then, still hate it now.  Dumb action movie that wants to be "Die Hard" and fails.

If it shows what the guys actually did, I'm not too worried about that.  I've heard (vague spoiler) that the "barbecue" scene is in the movie - in which case, there's no possible way that viewers won't ultimately come away with the impression that these guys were horrible, horrible human beings.

It's still reviewing in the "Fresh" category, and significantly higher than all the Transformers movies, even with critics' natural (and justified) anti-Bay bias.  I'm thinking it might still be a pretty fun movie.

It's getting majority good reviews except here.  67% on RT (though with just 21 reviews - it'll probably shift one way or the other).

No date - I don't even think they've announced the label that's releasing it.  All I know is that it's not Iron Tyrant, who is friends with the band and released a lot of their back catalog on vinyl.

Apparently they're splitting up (or have done so already) and this isn't even a proper studio album, but mixes of demos recorded in advance of a planned album.  Accordingly, the sound quality is a little rough, but not too bad - to me it almost adds something to their sound, which has often been a little slick.  Sort…
