because it was a lot of fucking fun with great action sequences and an on-game ensemble cast. and despite both being superhero films you can't really compare them. The Avengers is the apples to The Dark Knight's somber, gloomy oranges.

I like Bogus Journey and there's a lot of gold in there (Death, for the most part) but some of it is just too weird for my liking (Station, the robots). Don't get me wrong, I like weird, but the whole thing has a strange downbeat tone and what I love about the original is how sunny and affable it is.
