Dude, I'm an English Major. We don't even get to throw people in prison for transgressing our petty, arbitrary lines in the sand.

It's the death that keeps on giving!

I have to imagine that flying snakes are like the astronauts among snakes, just another class of snakehood altogether. The ability to attack the faces of things instead of just the shins is probably a big status bump in snake society.

I recently read an article about flying snakes. Apparently, in the jungle, they can fling themselves from high places, and by angling their bodies just right, in a very precise shape, they can generate some funky aerodynamics and actually make some good distance.

What if we all become robots?

Dude's rockin' the mutt, mad props.

Qworcestershire, if we're really playing this game.

I think Gay or Lesbian would cover it pretty well. Dude was a dude, now she's a lady, still digs broads, so she went from straight to gay.

I always liked that porn mags came in wrappers. I liked the idea that no one else had laid a moist finger on those pages.

No no, you've got it, I just phrased it in a weird way. In that sentence I was talking about conversations among people who had assigned themselves to non-traditional gender orientations. In such conversations, there was a tendency (at least where I encountered them) to use 'cis' as an Other, as a pejorative term

Second. Almost no one remembers the Halloween Tree, but it's one of the best holiday movies out there. The imagery is great, there's a cool narrative hook, and it builds to a heartfelt climax.

It could stand for the "quality" in your QGBLT sangwich?

It might not be pejorative in and of itself, but I've certainly seen it used most often in conversations about the omnipresent "privilege" non-trans individuals apparently radiate, with the clear undercurrent of referring to cisfolk as "those" people.

Oh, well then, yeah, I can see what you mean, to an extent.

That comparison is ten shits south of Go Fuck Yourself Island.

I don't know what kind of angel you'd have to be to see Lindsay as anything worse than an occasionally immature rich kid.

No, and I'm not trying to belittle you or anything. I guess I'm just being a curmudgeon about it. Lindsay always struck me as kind of too decent a person for any teenager to actually be like her.

I honestly can't imagine anyone in my school didn't know that I was obsessed with sci-fi/fantasy. I absolutely looked like someone who could tell you about 12-sided die.

I dunno about the women around here, but my feelings towards Lindsay back when I first watched the show were probably closer to 'lust' than 'sympathy'.

Don't take this the wrong way, but that sounds like you're giving yourself an awful lot of credit.
