Outside has become one of my favorite Bowie albums. Strangers When We Meet is one of the most heartbreaking songs I've ever heard, and Heart's Filthy Lesson, Thru These Architect's Eyes, No Control, and I Have Not Been To Oxford Town are all terrific.
