I don't mind Simon but I get why some people don't like him. He comes off as a dick in the first few episodes, and then again right at the start of the movie. Sure, he's being a dick for the right reasons but it's still grating.

I hated her at first but the second time through the series she is way better. My younger self thought she spent practically her entire time being all, "I'm soooo confuseeeeed about whooo I ammmmm," when it was really just one or two episodes. Those seucked though.
