There is no meaningful sense in which China is communist these days. It's not a democracy, that's for sure, but there are plenty of ways of being non-democratic without being communist.

You're right that it's an amazing read, but what do you mean it's not really about conspiracy theories. I mean, isn't that actually the main focus of the book? I suppose conspiracy theorists rather than theories, but otherwise that's pretty much what it's about.

Have you read Them by Jon Ronson? Wonderful book, and his chapter on Icke goes into that in detail, pointing out how silly the ADL (I think it was them) made themselves look by trying to get him kicked out of Canada on a book tour.

Oh yeah Himmelstürmer is the post-colon meaningless thing, Söldner-X is the pre-colon identifier. The mechanics are hard to get a hang of - you have to keep switching back and forth between your two main gun types at a specific rhythm in order to chain upgrades. It's pretty fun, although I think relatively forgettable…
