I was going to say that I like this idea of Murphy's acting troupe changing things up every season, like Christopher Guest's (Sorry, The Right Honourable Christopher Guest) usual recurring actors. But then I became fixated on the idea of Parker Posey and Michael Hitchcock stepping into McDermott & Britton's parts,

Rick needs to stop showing his son how to shoot and go back to the basics. He's rock-throwing at a second-grade level.

I suppose I don't have any real reason to believe it's true, but I'm going to hope and guess that Graham Yost named Sheriff Napier after Charles Napier. That's where my mind went after hearing his name.
