As I said last comics panel, it's only about a B, though I liked it more than that. My inner-critic won't allow a higher grade. The second arc, which wrapped yesterday, is much better.

CHINS
Also, read Young Liars, damn it!
CHINS CHINS & CHINS
Howard Chaykin's art? Are you serious? That guy makes everyone look like a gigantic chin. Give me a fuckin' break.
If I couldn't enjoy Grindhouse in theatres with a Nalgene full of gin and tonic water then I don't know what could've made me enjoy that shit movie.
The AV Club
Today's AV Club has just become a superior breast-delivery service compared to the AV Club of yesterday.
I should, at least, spell, "spelled" correctly, though. What was I thinking?
Reservoir Dogs is a masterpiece. Pulp Fiction won't stand the test of time, beyond, of course, being the movie that spawned a ton of Guy Ritchies.
We were right.
@ Old Fashioned Guy - Thanks, I will enjoy myself. They are playing in Toronto. They're playing the Sound Academy on 5.16.
Get this man some bop pills, stat!
But you're Elijah Snow! Can't you just "door" your way into any show?
I convinced my roommate to get Animal Collective tickets to the Boulder Theater with these two greatnesses: 1) it's Animal Collective and 2) the tickets are in no way affiliated with Ticketmaster.
Watch Friday Night Lights…
A Comics Panel on Thursday and a Taylor Kitsch interview the next? You A.V. Club staffers are spoiling me. Riggins is, without a doubt, my favorite character in the 3rd season. Just mentioning that scene with him during Street's last episode made me want to go back and watch it. Especially the scene where he sets his…
Does Rossi pick the art back up after issue 6? I'm getting this in my file at the comics shop and have scans of issues 5-8 to catch up in time (1-4 were pretty good), but I noticed Rossi doesn't do the art in issue 6, which was enough to make me not want to read on. Whoever penciled that issue needs to be slapped.
Glad to see I'm not the only one reading this under-loved series. Especially that issue 7 is getting its due amongst my fellow perverse-comic-lovers. Any comic that encourages you to listen to "Totally Wired" by The Fall while reading deserves to get some Vertigo dollars thrown it's way.
Point taken. Good thing the character I hated most (spoiler) is beheaded in issue 6.
Kramer's Ergot was reviewed last comics panel.
Young Liars & Lapham
Any of you comics panelists reading Young Liars? The eleventh issue was pretty good; it's weirdness was certainly a strength despite the convolution of the plot. However, the tenth issue was fucking amazing and I cannot wait for the twelfth issue: The Spiders From Mars Part II.
What a bumper…
I saw the title and hoped this was going to be non-fiction.
