In what world would a security guard risk his livelihood like that?

This episode felt a bit overstuffed to me. Polly’s story-line felt like it was underserviced the most. She was in about, what, two scenes? She argued with her parents in one scene, and in the next scene, boom - she was gone. Has the actress suddenly become busy or do the writers figure they just don’t have the

He got busted by Weatherbee and threatened with expulsion for carrying around that knife in this month’s tie-in comic book, but I guess he didn’t learn his lesson.

It definitely seems like he’s connected. But he also seems like someone who enjoys creating chaos for the heck of it, and so the theory could go both ways. My own theory is that he encouraged Archie to become more involved in the vigilante stuff so that he could keep the two separated for as long as possible.

To be fair to them, this is exactly the sort of video Archie would have made. I expect if Jughead, Cheryl, or Betty had made it instead, it would have ended up very different.

That actually seemed like a line comics Moose would say.

It’s something to tide me over while I wait for the next game in the franchise to come out, which, judging by Konami’s attitude, will probably be never.

Hermione is still somewhat of a cipher to me. Veronica did have a point - Hermione was the one who let Hiram back into their lives. She also seems extremely loyal to him. Then why try to shield Veronica from him? And why has she never tried to leave him? Is it because she’s too addicted to the upper-class lifestyle,

I noticed that too. It was obvious she was lurking if you paid close attention, but the show didn’t lampshade it any way.

LOL OK, you got me there.

Just Carl Lumbly by himself would have made this an ‘A’ episode for me, but the Maggie plot-line, especially its resolution, which mercifully avoided any cliches by having Maggie reconcile with her father in the end, was simply fantastic.

“Like, invite her family for the actual wedding, who invites their long-estranged family members to a shower?”

Agreed. That was easily Floriana Lima’s best acting performance in the series thus far and some of the best acting seen on this show, period.

Exactly what I feel.

I laughed quite a bit in this episode, even though I didn’t find it as funny as “The Pickle Gambit.” Typically, every episode of Curb has moments that make me laugh out loud or chuckle in recognition, which is all I need from the show in it’s ninth season. I don’t expect the show to reach the creative heights of

My very first thought was that it was meant to be Cheers-era Ted Danson, which would set up a plot-line where Larry was jealous because Lewis didn’t ask to paint Larry instead.

Thanks! I guess I want Moose to survive because I would like to see him and Dilton as friends. Their relationship in the comics is one of the comics’ sweetest, most enduring aspects. I love that Dilton helps Moose with his homework so that Moose can keep playing football, which Moose is passionate about, and that

Cool, thanks for replying to my comment. I didn’t mean to sound hostile; it’s just that I’ve seen this tendency among reviewers on this website before, such as when Todd VanDerWerff started talking about a decline in quality two episodes into Community’s third season (yes, I know that’s an example from 6 years ago and

That would bring up the question of how exactly you kill someone with a trombone. Make them play it and then pinch their nose and stuff your fist into the bell to cut off air circulation until the victim dies of asphyxiation?

Where are Hiram Lodge’s moustache & glasses?
