I don't think Martha's as poor as everyone thinks she is. She's pretty level-headed, and smart. I think she weighed her options and chose the safest course. She doesn't want to know what Clark's deal is, but she's smart enough to know that not cooperating could get her killed quickly.

Haha, I forgot. Thanks!

Remember when it was a pain in the ass how this show kept dropping Avengers references? Tonight there were two and I barely blinked at them.

Why didn't Mindy go to the wedding? I assume it was some combination of letting Pete down about the best man dance, hypertension and flying, or not leaving the practice unstaffed for a whole weekend, but was it ever actually stated?

Is that in the movie or the book as well?

In this case, though, he's being described as "the Indian guy," and not even as a distinguishing characteristic. He's the only guy making a stupid face in that photo, so "Indian" isn't even necessary. The comment could read, "Every time I see that guy, he's got some kind of wacky, annoying look on his face," and we

Fair enough. And I apologize. It's easy to get defensive on the internet.

Completely true and reasonable, but it does seem like Arkady's putting himself way out there for Oleg, and they have more of a father-son thing going than a buddy thing.

I read the byline, but then I thought, it's weird to call him by name since I've never actually met or conversed with Erik Adams.

Unlikely fan theory: the Center could be pulling a bait-and-switch with the Jennings' kids and they would be none the wiser. They're so focused on Paige, who even knows what's going on with Henry?

I don't think it's been dropped, just set aside for a while. He mentioned her in the last episode.

I'm feeling a little suspicious (read:paranoid) of Arkady at the moment. Why is he being THIS nice to Oleg?

It seems like a bit of a narrative cheat that Philip didn't know Walter Taffet's name. Surely, while impersonating someone from the OPR, he would have looked over a personnel list, to prepare for exactly this occasion.

I think Philip did believe once, but he's not as single-minded as Elizabeth, and with more information, his philosophy has slightly changed. Certainly his priorities have; because we know he values his kids over everything else.

…yeah, I know where countries are. But I do appreciate the condescension. It's so useful in conversations like this one.

I could *kind* of see racism, since you're describing him as "the Indian guy," since you would probably never describe a white man as "the white guy." But I'd have to be looking for the racism.

Maybe it's my St. Patrick's Day-fueled drunken affection, but I could just hug you for making this comment.

They don't have Lord of the Rings in Portugal?

So, does casting an Indian/Polish guy as a Pakistani/Polish guy make Dan Harmon a little racist?

I don't completely agree with this review- The Gina/Holt/Terry plot had some solid stuff, and I like knowing that Gina values the Captain's opinion (it seems like something true about her, but I don't think we've seen it expressed on screen before). Also, we already know that Hitchcock and Scully can be good
