Fair enough – I just don’t know that the NFL (or any sports league) is really equipped to deal with criminal behaviour (thus the disparity in suspensions here) so maybe they should stick to handing out suspensions only for things that are directly related to the sport at hand and leave the criminality to the police…

Obviously one is vastly more serious than the other (and I’m hoping also resulted in criminal charges? I haven’t followed the story, so please tell me that’s the case?) but the other one was directly related to football and happened on the field and wouldn’t likely involve punishment from any outside authorities… so…

Just to play devil’s avocado here, but by saying that ALL people who apply descriptive words (i.e. “spoon-only people”) to entire groups who share one characteristic (i.e. applying descriptive words to entire groups of people) isn’t she guilty of that very thing? Ergo, she has rendered herself a spoon-only person.

I know I’m in the minority but Farm is my least favourite of the three. I’d say Beyond is the best, and probably the Dino Jr album I’d use to initiate newcomers to the band. (I’m also in the minority in that I actually like their mid-era stuff a lot – particularly Hand It Over, which I think is unfairly maligned).
