True Fact: Every used record store in the country has at least 3 copies of the Monks' "Bad Habits" gathering dust somewhere.
(I did my part and bought a copy years ago, but I can't say I've listened to it more than a handful of times)

Yeah, I meant to mention that I don't necessarily see that as a detriment.. it's one of the things I've really liked about a lot of her characters, like Mrs Carmody in The Mist.

I must have given up on the show by the time her character was raped, but the white power episode where she debuted was one of the best SVUs and I was happy to see her turn up again in the environmental activist one (although I don't remember too much about it).

She's definitely one of those actors who improves everything she's in.
Someone above mentioned that she always seems kind of unhinged and I think there's something to that – although maybe I'd be a bit more charitable and say "unpredictable" rather than "unhinged".
