Yeah, everyone's talking about how bad the corn crop is around here this year because it's been so dry (I'm in southern Ontario and we haven't had a lot rain but it's nowhere near as bad as much of the US) but all of the local corn I've had has been great.

I eat it with roasted chicken or turkey (kind of like cranberry sauce, but good) and it's also really good with cheese (spread a little bit on top of cream cheese on fancy-ass crackers and you've got a quick, cheap hors d'oeuvre!).
