You even used the word "hipster".  Classic internet.

Dead dead deadsky.

This looks more like Battle Royale 2.

Maybe the next season of Madmen could have something to do with a lonely chinaman, giving us a chance to watch Hamm and Leung sit and stare and smoke cigarettes at each other.  That could be the entire season for all I care.

I agree.  I've been really enjoying IOT lately as I've kind of burnt out on Josh & Chuck.  I've listend to SYSK since shortly after it started, so they still have a soft spot, but it's kind of like the interesting class in high school.  Most of it is stuff you already sort of knew.  But that's a bad name for a

Fine, I'll watch all of them.

Explain.

Didn't Malick come from small town Texas, live in France for a number of years, then move back to Texas?

Dammit, I laughed a number of times during that trailer.

Wendy Malick- i liked her in Dream On.
Terrence Malick- [clouds passing over still grass]

All that handheld camera and mopey,  selfish adult trying to get her way stuff makes it look like Margot at the Wedding.  Except maybe in this one she "learns" something.  Patton Oswalt's seemingly likable character probably turns out to be a pedophile just for the sake of pointless conflict and to make the awful

Wasco, huh?  Isn't that where they sent Dignan after that cold storage heist debacle?

I know, right?  I only stream movies from the Farmer's Market now.  But it's only on Sunday mornings if I feel like getting up and leaving the house.

In Germany the chocolatey marshmallow things are called 'neger küsse'.  They're cheap and terrible.  Funny name, though.

Also, Yes for Volver.

When I finally got around to seeing Southland Tales, I was not disappointed.  There's some rough edges, but it's certainly got ambition and a sense that at least the director is putting everything he's got into it (debating whether or not it's successful is almost as fun as the film itself).  I'll take that over

Sometimes when I think of Ben Folds, I think of the Futurama scene with the robots doing M.A.S.H. and the Hawk-i robot has that switch that let's him go from irreverent to maudlin.  That's what I think about.  I really liked Ben Folds Five.  I stopped listening after the band went away.

Shit! thanks for the reminder.  I'll have to write that down.  Or create a folder or two on an external harddrive.

It's 11:45pm!!  I'm in the nexus!   I didn't like the idea of the AV Club opening a comments section in the first place.   Unfortunately, there was no place to voice that frustration.  Having only been familiar with local news sites, Youtube and IMDB, I assumed that's how people talked on the internet.  Now look at

camping movie
It doesn't have to go completely awry. It could be subtle and internal, like a remake of Old Joy. But turn the pacific northwest into some Appalachian road trip. Maybe Patton could get naked and try and give an awkward massage to Knoxville. Wait, hold on a sec… I'm gonna go write this down…..
