I don't think Rogen, Franco, Segel, Philipps or Starr should be eligible for that title, since they all broke into bigger things because of their work here. And Cardellini certainly received the attention, if not future jobs, she deserved.

I still don't understand why Busy Philipps wasn't given a spot in the opening credits. I used to think it was because they didn't plan for her to have such a big role, but the pilot makes clear that wasn't the case. And "Kim Kelly Is My Friend" is the fourth episode.
