Actually you'd be surprised at how little prepared most new supervising engineers are to interview potential hirees. It's not really what they trained to do in college and doesn't relate to what they do in the real world, so they're just as apprehensive about as you if they're new to it. Plus they're engineers, so

I've never had a problem looking people in the eyes really, but I have always (and still do) have a problem with speaking up/speaking out. Even when I do vocally volunteer my opinion to someone I don't really know (it's not too common an occurrence) I tend to be inaudible. It sounds perfectly loud to me but apparently

It's good, but will it get them off their tractors?

If she were legitimately retarded I'm given to understand that her body has ways of shutting that whole thing down.

A Fashion Reich where they practice fashism

Dammit. Serves me right for not refreshing before posting.

A fashion Junta?

That's right True Pud. You can pet all the bunny rabbits when we get our farm *chokes back tears and pulls out gun*

I just let you out!

He's great at action sequences, very stylized and visually interesting. But if he's going to remake Seven Samurai in the Star Wars universe I'd prefer a little more emotional depth. Not that he can't do emotional/character depth, but his body of work hasn't shown me much of it.

I think it could make a very interesting movie to see how the warrior Jedi class deals with the normal people who are just trying to live their lives. The relationship between the Jedi and the regular peons is never really touched on to my knowledge.

I like the idea too, and I also think Seven Samurai could make a wonderful Star Wars story. It's just, I wish they had gotten someone better at pacing and non-action shots to direct it. I also hope they don't buy into the whole "we need to be family friendly!" thing and add some stupid bumbling characters.

Zach Snyder gets the opportunity to fuck up one of my favorite movies ever! Of course, very few people seeing this movie will have seen seven samurai, cause it's in that furrin gobbledygook.

Yeah, at least you guys have a good young quarterback, Something the Bears haven't had in….ever. Still, now I have to hear for another week about how "clutch" Matt Ryan is. It's torture I tell ya!

Exactly right Dr. Robuttnik, these people aren't patriots at all. They see themselves as this "red dawn" cadre of soldiers fighting for some nebulous ideal "America" that never actually existed. They don't care at all for the America that is a reality. What they truly are is deluded conspiracy theory nuts.

I was rooting for the Seahawks, despite my dislike for Pete Carroll. Unfortunately the game only furthered my dislike for Carroll as he out-coached himself.

New what?

This is what happens when you enfranchise orcs.

I don't understand them either. They post things like "The government is inherently evil! We need to use our guns to defend the constitution!" when it's the constitution that creates and empower said evil government. The level of double-think required is astonishing.
