Yeah what the fuck is up with this shit? I can understand not responding to every resume that comes your way, but I've had three interviews in the last month and not one of them ever got back in touch afterwards.  Is this a thing now?  It certainly wasn't this way the last time I was job hunting.

My kid was born as a water birth, so we were in a tub together and I was holding her while the midwife helped collect the child as he came.  Couldn't really see much of anything.  Thankfully.

Or alternatively, if you make a comment that you don't expect much response to, and it ends up being huge.  I've had three in the last week or so that got a lot more Likes than I thought they warranted.  You just can't tell.

Oh man. It's crazy how important Likes can be!  They can really elevate your day but if you make a comment you think is just the best ever and it gets 3 Likes it's like, "Why did I get out of bed today?"

I recently got into a new tabletop RPG, Dungeon World.  I've been running it for my friends and doing some online play as well.  It's been a lot of fun, and it gives me something to look forward to.  Something to think about, instead of the stuff I usually think about.
