I think it has to be later than 2014 since Ethan last (remembers) seeing Kate in 2014 when she was in her late 20s and she is now visibly at least a decade older.

Yes I noticed the secretary seem bothered as well and I'd bet she ends up helping Dillon in some way down the road.

I thought the same but he was in some sort of accident & banged his head and everything that's happened since has been a huge mindfuck so it's somewhat understandable that he wouldn't have the wherewithal to make a solid plan. I think the throat slit this week will shock him into reality & we'll see him start

Because then Carla's character wouldn't have been able to turn them in. ;)

But in those situations, they are generally billed as guest stars. Does anyone remember how Juliette's name showed up during the credits?

Nah, she's actually talented. No reason to even consider this mess.

You cheat on your spouse, get caught & say sorry honey, we're not allowed to talk about the past. You know, stuff like that. ;)

If taken literally, people can get away with whatever they want and when confronted point to the golden rule.

I'm still not convinced this isn't some elaborate joke.

I'd say there is roughly a 0% chance someone at TLC didn't know about this.

Particularly if that sort of mentor is also a pedo!

Any thoughts why the residents are so eager to catch someone who had broken the rules? Obviously, there is a general fear from constantly being monitored but they seemed blood thirsty when they were out looking for Beverly, not just doing it because they had to.

I really like the theory as well. Perhaps Evans was killed for real because he got too close to the truth or he figured out how to escape and they couldn't risk him attempting that again. I believe his notebook had torn out pages so maybe Pope ripped those out so Ethan won't have all the info?

Yes, she is really good in this role & if she comes back, it may erase my feelings of how awful she was in Secrets & Lies.

In the premiere I definitely suspected she had an ulterior motive and changed my mind when you could see the absolute fear in her face.

She was horribly miscast in that role and I was surprised it's coming back & with that awful character as the cornerstone. Not entirely her fault but her choice to have that same look on her face throughout the entire run did not help.

I really hope Alex is right (and I think he is) about Beverly returning. I wouldn't blame Matt's character though bc he seemed to genuinely believe they were after him, not her & that she would be safe.

Well, I was too caught up in old Mad Men episodes last week so I didn't watch the premiere until last night & I am hooked!

That's a bummer, I was really hoping it was Susan Sarandon.

Loved all of that as well. Interested to find out what Dillon was referring to with the hallucinations.
