I think what really happened between Norma & Caleb has been left ambiguous enough to have doubts as to whether it was consensual incest or rape. Caleb has made some comments that were seemingly a confession but not entirely and we all know that Norma's lives in her own reality. Not sure if that's how others feel about…

I agree with you about that this episode was more about setting up next season. However, I think whether he changes his name next season or not, there is still a lot of Jimmy left in him and we'll continue to see that.
