Burning the letters just doesn't mean much these days…..doesn't everybody have a scanner? Are we supposed to believe that nobody made copies?

Link Wray….the only rock and roll artist I know that got a song with no lyrics banned ("Rumble"). He was playing metal in the 50's. Every guitarist that plays a power chord owes him a debt.
When Seger played New York last week, Springsteen joined him for "Old Time Rock and Roll". I think there is a lot of mutual respect between the two.
Madonna is bad enough, but Cirque du Soleil, too? What did football do to deserve this…..this….I don't even know what to call it
awwww helll! one of my favorites
Seger was putting out records well before Springsteen, and the Silver Bullet band provided the template for the E Street Band. You can blame Seger for influencing The Eagles and Springsteen. I grew up in Michigan, so I unfortunately grew up hearing Seger all day on the radio. I still like a couple of his early songs…
"Jailbait" by Andre Williams
I don't like Seger or Metallica, but Seger's version is superior.
No, Joan Jett is influential because at the time she started, there wasn't a lot of women guitarists fronting rock bands. Gary Numan is influential because "Cars" is one of the first popular songs to have that industrial synth sound. They are influential….plus, they have been around for 30 years. I didn't imply that…

Yeah, I'll take the $1.50 from ticketmaster. By the way, there is a convenience charge for them to send me my money. I think $200 is fair.
I saw Devo last year…they started off playing their keyboard oriented stuff and it was ok, but when they pulled out their guitars for their earlier material, damn! that was good stuff!
One thing is for certain, both Gary Numan and Joan Jett have been in the music industry for over 30 years. What is your track record in the music industry? If you don't like them, fine. But to call them a joke? I guess the joke is on you. Gary Numan is an influential synth pop artist, and Joan Jett in an influential…
Has anybody seen Randy Quaid lately? As soon as he broke the news about the Star Whackers, he disappeared.
Pluto Nash!
I've seen plenty of pimps on the west side of Chicago looking stupid in hats, so it's not just white guys looking stupid in hats.
Do cowboys wear suits when they are rustlin' cattle?
Great fighter. Most of today's fighters are paper champs who refuse to fight the best opposition. Frazier was a real champ.
Hard time like this will be sure to make her change her ways!
Hell, Link Wray can't even get in. As far as I'm concerned, it's not the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame til he gets in
