Count me as another big Donovan fan. Sunshine Superman, Mellow Yellow, and Hurdy Gurdy Man all had medieval sounding folk rock songs on them. You can call it psychedelic rock….but it's pretty folk inspired.

I have the Mojo Magazine that Tom Waits edited from earlier this year. He was going on and on about how great Belafonte is. To be honest, I always thought he was a folkie from a bygone era whose music wasn't that authentic sounding. As a Tom Waits fan, maybe I should give Belafonte another try

Ack! Everybody in the world knows that Queen died with Freddie Mercury. Any attempt to revive the band with Paul Rodgers or Lady Gaga are just pathetic. Here's and idea: Start a new band. Plenty of famous artists have done it. They even wrote new songs and had exceptional second careers
