I wrote basically the same above. I thought he'd leave without actually buying anything, as old Louie would've. But I think they're going for a new Louie, MkII who actually tries to care.

I knew the Lenny character was drawn with some huge, broad strokes but I couldn't stand it. I was hoping that shitty character would actually kill himself and then to see Louie have to explain it to other cops.

Yeah I thought he was going to have a similar conversation with her, but then tell her to keep all the shit he was going to buy. Like a final, desperate 'fuck you' for not being helpful.

Fuck this review; this was one of my favourite episodes ever. Maybe it's because I LOVE seeing people turn on one another in the context of the game.

Yeah I've told my flatmate how great this show is and he's watched a few. After every episode I get a "I can't believe you like this show" look from him. And in my defence I say this is a bad season to use as a yardstick.
