That's blasphemy you old goat!

I don't know Bear, the Old Gregg episode was my intro to the show, and I LOVED it. I had tears in my eyes I was laughing so hard, and as soon as it was over I made my friend repeat it. So diff'rent strokes y'know.

"I didn't buy a VW, but I might have if I'd been in a position to buy a new car, then or ever since."

What about the self/titled? Where's the love? You get Pale Blue Eyes, Candy Says, What Goes on, Story of my life, and the adorable After Hours. If it weren't for Murder Mystery that album would be perfect.

Post-Danzig Misfits… well, post-Misfits Misfits really, cause the bass player was the only original member left. But still! It was super fun, the only time I've ever sang along at a show.

Yeah, an artist who's work I admire singled it out in an interview as one of his favorite films, along with Koyaanisquatsi (which I did not regret seeking out).
La Strada and Le Dolce Vita are on deck.

It's kind of hit and miss, but if you want a cheat sheet, these are my favorite episodes from the fist two series:

I loved it from the start. Listened to Aeroplane and Avery Island pretty much non-stop for a couple months afterward.

That was sweet.

I'm afraid not… the 1st season was last re-released over two years ago. I guess the sales didn't justify releasing the other five. I wish it weren't so.

I got a girl I was seeing once into Tom Waits though the Orphans 3 disc hullabaloo. The first two discs (brawlers & bawlers) are really consistently great for an odds and sods collection, and also contain one of my favorite Ramones covers of all time.

Definitely check out the 5-disc special edition if you haven't already. So worth it. It has every iteration of the movie ever released (Fun Fact: Guillermo Del Toro prefers the studio hack job with the lame voice over!), and a crazy amount of behind the scenes extras/interviews. Awe-inspiring, the amount of work that

Yeah, but six seasons.

Yeah, TV brings people together. Me and my brother never really had much in common, but when he was staying with me a couple months ago I introduced him to 30 Rock and he reciprocated with It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia. GOOD TIMES.

My first Fellini was Satyricon. Boy, was that a mistake. It took me a few years to give him another shot (81/2), and I'm glad I did.

MBV are one of the handful of bands that I really really have to see live before they split. Hope!

How did it end in the Towne script?

Yeah, another great actor/director pair is Chishu Ryu/Ozu, I've watched like 4 of their films in the last couple weeks and each time Ryu is completely transformed. Amazing actor.
