I imagine Loras Tyrell was more upset about having to make peace and join in alliance with an enemy of his late king and lover (Renly), then the fact that his sister was marrying him. Although, if he's heard of Joffrey's reputation for cruelty and sadism, he might be worried about his sister's safety.

Stannis hasn't "been taken away" by guards - those were his own men, getting him the fuck out of there because they'd lost the battle and were retreating.
