The "epic loves" line bothered me SO much. OF COURSE she had to mention them both, which could hint that the writers are toying with the idea of Stelena again. I'm sure Damon wants to be reminded of how you used to date his brother, Elena.

Correction: Stefan wouldn't let her have a week. Everyone else seemed resigned to the deal, but ol' unnecessarily guilt ridden Stefan had to try to get her back. Let the girl have some space!

The promo seems to that Caroline may have her hands full with Ripper Stefan. Why she thought bringing back his insane side is still slightly confusing. It'll be awesome, but she should know what a bad idea that was. Like, typical Tyler decision making bad.
