Seems like a lot of yous like 12 Monkeys over The Fisher King (keeping within the Gilliam realm.)
The Fisher King is one of my favorite movies of any decade - just so much to like about it, the story arc, the performances (yes, even Robin Williams) the bizarro Lydia telegram scene, the dancing in Grand Terminal, etc.

Good call Ganondorf - I was discussing this list with a friend, and brought up 'Beautiful Girls' and 'To Die For' as movies I love from the '90's but probably wouldn't put on a list of "The Best…"
Seems like the list title is a bit of a misnomer.

The best was the "unfinished wood-working project" line.
The back and forth between Cam/Pam was great, and I like the mirroring of the couples, to show that yes opposites attract in lesbian and gay couples.

I haven't done that, but I've had kids come up to me at the zoo and just wrap their arm around my leg mistaking me for their Dad.

Jerodast - when they showed the previouslies, even my wife exclaimed at the breasts on display.
She said, "They're spectacular!"  To which, I said, "ah yes, they are, but they are certainly not real."

RC needs to play the "Couple" card with Pete and Abi to the others.  Plus, plant the seed that Abi is the only other one who knew where the clue was, so….how did it end up being out in the open like that.
I think "irrational/crazy" trump "threat" when deciding who to vote out first - but that might just be me.

Saw it again not too long ago, and realized tent-girl was Mischa Barton.   The puking was really not acting, apparently.

HJO was great, and it was the first movie I remember seeing Toni Collette in after a great turn in Muriel's Wedding.  She was amazing, and being from Philly, was amazed at her really getting that Philly attitude right (being Australian and all.)  Her scenes in the kitchen, at the party and in the car were some damn

That was really harsh, Tai.

Agreed.  I think it's that Jeremy London can't carry a movie and I could really care less what happens to his character.  Matthew McConaughey is a throw-away side character - funny, dead-on, but…  Parker Posey lost some cred in my book, and I can't stand Goldberg in much of anything.

I agree wholeheartedly.  Barely got through it the first time, then just watched it last week, and couldn't finish it.  I don't think I like Linklater movies, but so much of it was just meh. Like a better shot Wet Hot American Summer with less fridge-humping (slightly less.)
Also, don't undertstand the Out of Sight
