I forgot how much I enjoy Sean O'Neal.

No. I didn't.

Never started. I'm trying to have a reasonable conversation with you but you make it really difficult. So, I'm done.

I never got my kickstarter reward for that documentary. I hate that.

We always got "Father and Son" by Cat Stephens.

That song wouldn't be as much of a hit.

You can still make money on the Pokemon Go leads to deadly shooting prop bet.

Weekend at Pikachus?

It is also due to stereotypes that men are prone to violence. Certainly, like many stereotypes, there is some truth to it, but it hurts the whole presumption of innocence thing.

And, forgive me for assuming that you were female. Your telling me that I am the one Caroline was telling to shut up made me think you were female, not male, because you are literally also expected to listen and not offer your opinions.

That's some solid evidence. It affects other men, again not on the level that sexism against women has affected women for thousands of years. Your statement that it doesn't exist and doesn't have any impact ignores the way men who are accused of crimes against women or children (or are involved in custody battles)

All of this ability to interact with people all over the world on the internet seems perfect for creating dialogues about important issues, while it may be doing the exact opposite.

I think the current combative nature of American culture is affected by our ability and tendency to only listen to people who agree with us.

That's absolutely not true. It definitely is less concerning than sexism against women, but does have measurable social impact. If you support feminism, I would hope that you are against prejudice and stereotyping in all its forms, not just the ones that affect you personally.

I don't know what you call stereotyping men, or having prejudices against men. Just substitute whatever word you use for sexism.

No, I got that. It is saying that men should not participate in "conversations" about sexism, because they cannot understand it. They haven't been subjected to sexism, so their views are not valid. I just disagree with that and the tone in which it was expressed. If men aren't part of the conversation, then it's just

You first. Seriously, the statement in the article is basically, shut up if you don't agree with me. I was bringing it up in this context to point that out. But that idea is sexist in it's very nature. Men can't discuss these things (assuming all men and all women think alike). Is Ann Coulter allowed to contribute to

That's certainly also true. The average man does have a physical advantage over an average woman. I just see it as more of a "we got to protect our breeders" John Wayne kind of thing.

"So here’s a piece of advice for those who find themselves in a conversation with someone who has more lived experience on the topic: Shut up and listen." What am I missing, Chief?

I knew the world revolved around me.
