I grew up in Park City…when Brokeback Mountain came out, a chain of theaters owned by Larry H Miller (also owned the Jazz, mega Mormon) refused to show it in any of his theaters, but were happy to show the torture porn that is Hostel. One of my favorite parts about election season is GOP candidates using songs like this, as if to say "Yeah, we're with you young people! We like loud rock and roll!", only to look more square and more white, if that's possible.
