Read it. It pretty much sucks.

Suzanne was just a personality black hole. There really wasn't anything there.

Horn blows! How bout the driver?

Fin.

Terrence Malick is like Thomas Pynchon—once the baby boomers are gone, his popularity will take a steep nosedive.

A nation rejoices!

Mad about my daughter? You betcha!

There's a place for prosey work, but I think it seems out of place with the types of books that Atwood writes. Atwood's tendency towards Gothic prose seems a bit jarring in a work like The Handmaid's Tale.

I've read Blind Assassin, and like nearly all of Atwood's works, it has a great premise. Unfortunately, like almost all of Atwood's works, it could use considerably more editing. IMO, her books aren't nearly as tight as they should be.

I think I ruptured my firstula!
