yes. I have published two novels (one through a small press and one self-published) and I just finished a collection of short stories.

I have to say I'm bummed. After the first five seasons of the Office, Little Miss Sunshine and The 40 Year Old Virgin I was expecting him to really become a movie star with some taste - making great movies. He has great presence and I think real talent. Sad to see him go down this route. I get it the Money's easy but

When will it be Hamm's year? He only has one more shot

can jon hamm get one already!

oh my god it's almost my favorite line in the entire series!

Not to much add except every book is astounding. He really nails what I think is in every "good" politicians DNA - legitimate care and concern for people (which LBJ had) and ruthlessness in getting elected and moving up (which he had also)

How can I like someone so much as a performer and not so much as a person.. it's really a bummer… the cognitive dissonance is staggering with him

That's what i meant. He was a very good actor but he didn't take it seriously - thus the quality of his work goes up and down

All of Ringo's solo scenes feel very Chaplinesque

i would assume so

You know it really is astounding how great The Beatles were in this. So relaxed on camera. Funny. Engaging. When you think of other cultural juggernauts: Sinatra, Elvis, Michael Jackson only the Beatles seemed to do nearly everything right nearly all of the time. Sinatra bats 1000% musically (for the most part) but

Is anyone else getting concerned that this show might not be any good?

I would prefer to see this on HBO and done very well. You know - researched, balanced (please don't make John the god and Paul the "selllout", etc…)

Also isn't there a verse in Serve the Servants by Nirvana about dads?

"I'm bugged at my old man" is so Brian Wilson: he wants to express his feelings about his dad but then does it in a weird, jokey, odd way. Even the title is only a half-truth. He's not "bugged" at his old man, in truth he hated him. Such a strange lovely guy

Hill Street Blues > Orange is the New Black

I agree but it is often called a concept album. And I have read articles, etc that make a case for it some better than others.

I agree with a lot of the comments I've read that he seems very concerned that Billie Joe is wealthy. It really doesn't matter. Michelangelo was very wealthy and I doubt anyone is going to argue that the Sistine Chapel or David aren't masterpieces. You can create while wealthy. Springsteen followed up Born in the

i agree

Stones or Led Zeppelin?
