Lots of stuff from "The Quest of Erebor" in Unfinished Tales, too. That story was basically the (highly) abridged Hobbit from Gandalf's perspective.

As an American I wish they'd just let it be Toronto (and that every SciFi should would just let it be Victoria or Vancouver.) I like my shows to have a sense of place.
