Like the reviewer I too found Walt's blow-up way too strong. Which I suspect comes from the character always being portrayed almost zen-like in calm demeanour. It just clashes too strongly with how we've previously seen him.

Did it really feel like a fetish outfit to you? It seemed pretty toned down to me, in a good way. (As in, no bosom bulging out for a change, no sexy non-prescription glasses. And no camera from a student's POV running up slow-mo along her stockings-clad legs as she bends forward to grab a piece of chalk and oops drops…

I watched the first 2 episodes of Continuum when they aired, having gotten curious by the scifi label, time-travel premise and the pleasant-looking lady on the show's banners; and i'll be happy to dispell any rumours I dropped it after those two due to a xenophobic slant against canadians.

This was a very nice episode, much thanks to the fun being had with the undercover characters.
Unlike last week's I could way easier look passed the 'no attention for seasonal arc' point because of that.
