Yeah, I'm enjoying the show so far, but they've been laying it on thick.

I liked Into Darkness a little more than the fans did, but that is way too high. Admittedly I feel the same way about a lot of MCU movies that have similar rating. I guess I'll wait until the critics I trust review it. (Armond White and Rex Reed, naturally.)
And Julia Louis-Dreyfus looks good as well!
So surprised it's getting such good reviews, wasn't even planning on seeing it in a theater until a few days ago.
These are good points, but surely Django Unchained at the very least doesn't suck?
That was just my experience. I guess I wasn't watching her acting closely, but Mike's response threw me off for a moment.
Henry David Thoreau, but I am open to being confused with any neckbearded old-timey gentleman.
Started reading David Benioff's City of Thieves and while it's readable, fairly light (especially given the subject matter) and very short (under 300 pages, with plenty of dialog), I am moving through it at a very slow pace. For some reason none of the characters feel like real people to me, and the patchy plot feels…
Shit, I thought no one else would remember the only thing anyone remembers about this guy.
Would that it wuh so simple.

It made the whole scene feel like something out of Airplane: "Promise?" "It's when you assure someone that something will happen,…
There has been a lot movies and TV shows that try to recreate the "'80s look" lately, but I don't think I've seen it done this well anywhere else. It doesn't look like DI at all, I almost thought they were using footage from the era for some of the outside shots.
Jeez, how many times would you post the exact same comment if you did have a dog in the fight?
How does that only get 500,000 views? Film criticism is truly dying.

Well, they all end up ghosting me, so you could be onto something here…
In 1992, why do you ask?
It happens to me too, but you'll never know it because your notifications don't work.
Ha! So someone does remember that movie!
Maybe try to take it eazy. This seems like a pretty good platform to have an intelligent discussion about the topic, and if you actually started one, I'm sure you'd get a decent amount of positive responses.
