had no idea that was a thing - thanks for showing me a new demo of hotties!

See, stuff like this is why they need a complete series blu ray set with every damn shred of deleted scenes, promos etc.

Yes! He just fucking leaves her in NYC! This is not talked about enough. He just walks out of the interview and next thing we see "hi pam, let's date." What happened to pour Karen!?! she's sitting in a bar at happy hour with her friends while Jim is having his interview/life changing epiphany and just checking

Jan's full break is The Deposition. She's clearly having a crisis leading up to her boob job, getting fired, visiting her sister "in Scottsdale" etc. but it's when we first see her (Dinner Party) after Michael sells her out that we realize just how batshit crazy she is. After that she's just full on crazy for the

Michael's final one (not counting the Finale) was one of the best.

The whole exchange that leads up to "you're not real man" from The Return a couple weeks back is hands down the most perfect moment. But after that, there's like a 9 way tie for second place.

Creed is absolutely one of the most hilarious aspects of the show at this point for sure.

I always assumed he was shopping at Burlington Coat Factory when he found that suit.

And that point just furthers why Michael Scott could somehow be a really effective manager - because Wallace and Jan thought he was incompetent but he ran the best branch in the company. Jim, who they thought was manager material, was horrible at managing when he got his chances.

I don't know, there are still plenty of pranks that aren't as mean after that. The Asian Jim prank, or the Garden Party book in late seasons. This was Jim being a dick, but it wasn't the end of all of his harmless pranks.

Cocktails is an A. The Negotiation should also be an A, but I can let the A- slide, I suppose. But man these letter grades are still just depressing for this season.

Definitely later - "that's what she said, or that's what he said, because of gay, right?" I think is the context. Just not sure which ep.

P&R is a solid middle ground between Modern Family and The Office.

And it's just one of the countless things Michael saw in a movie and thinks "this is FINALLY my chance to throw candy bars at kids… it'll change their lives"

And it fits with the whole theme of how it's really Pam's wedding. Phyllis stole everything!

I was just going to say the exact same thing - when he's interacting with folks in the "real world" it's always much harder to watch that when it's with they typical players from the office.

"I thought by the time I was 40 I'd be a millionaire, but I have less money than I did when I was 30."

His speech at Jim and Pam's rehearsal dinner is hand's down the funniest moment of Niagra. He just spirals so horribly and they sneak by the censors: "you can't expect them to wear a condom every time, it's just a different sensation, when you cum". They pan the camera, he says it fast, his voice goes up - but it's

KILLITKILLITKILLIT!!!

I also love the callback prop humor - in a few episodes, Women's Appreciation, when Phyllis is flashed, Dwight is shown stabbing his broom/stake into the shrubs in the parking lot.
