Shades of Ben Linus last night. Finch has mostly been able to avoid direct contact with danger, but now he's right in the middle of it all. I expect we'll be seeing a whole new side to Finch. Cannot. Wait.

I didn't think anyone could top Anthony Heald as Chilton in the movies, but Raul Esparza did a wonderful job in the role. They both nailed the prissy petulance of the character.

However, Martha was the one who connected the dots between the Emmet/Leanne murders and everything else. Say what you will about Martha; she's very good at her job. Stan should have handed her his badge after that revelation.

The cinematography is superb. That overhead shot of Floki and Helga
lying in the ferns was indeed breathtaking, and the color filters used
throughout the episode really evoked the right mood.

I was also amazed that Olivia managed to pack up her entire apartment in just a couple of hours.

I'm wondering if Arkady is behind Nina's affair with Oleg. It would make sense that Arkady would want some inside scoop on Oleg's motives.

It looked like both Reese and Finch had "dust in their eyes" too. What a tense, wonderful scene!

I liked the shot where Norman is making breakfast. The camera starts with a close up of the apron, and when it pans back, we see it's Norman wearing the apron, not Norma. Neat bit of foreshadowing.

It's been so long since MM was last on; I probably did not have HD at that time. Thanks for pointing it out!

As recently as last night's new ep of Simpsons. It made me laugh.
